- 9:00-9:30 Daisy check in, pit stop and test run
- 9:30-10:30 Daisy Derby runs begin at 9:30 sharp! (Awards posted at photo op area)
- 10:30-11:00 Brownie check in, pit stop and test run
- 11:00-12:00 Brownie Derby runs begin at 11:00 sharp! (Awards posted at photo op area)
- 12:00-12:30 lunch for Derby Team
- 12:30-1:00 Junior check in, pit stop and test run
- 1:00 -2:00 Junior Derby runs begin at 1:00 sharp! (Awards posted at photo op area)
- 2:00-2:30 Cadette/Senior/Ambassador check in, pit stop and test run
- 2:30-3:30 Cadette/Senior/Ambassador Derby runs begin at 2:30 sharp! (Awards posted at photo op area)
The Derby will be held in the Sci-Tech Discovery Center. Registration is $25 and includes an Automotive Engineering badge, a Sci-Tech patch, and museum admission for one Scout and one adult. (Additional family member admission for $5 each) Age group awards will be presented for Fastest Car, Most Creative Car, and Girl Scout Spirit.
This derby is an exclusive Girl Scout experience for the Automotive Engineering badge. Girls will put engineering concepts into action as they test their cars and learn through both successes and challenges.
*Please note car kits are not part of the registration. Kits may be purchased at the GSNETX shop or along with your Sci-Tech Discovery Center registration as an add on. Prices may vary between GSNETX and Sci-Tech.
