Field Trip Request Info

$7 per student.
Duration 1.5 - 2 hours.
If unsure, please provide a potential range.
1 chaperone per 10 students is REQUIRED. Required chaperone tickets are provided free of charge. Any extra staff tickets may be distributed at your discretion to meet the ratio. br /> Please include any special education staff in your total number.
Additional chaperones included on this form will be listed on the contract invoice to be pre-paid by the school. If you would like your chaperones to pay at the door, please write "0".

Field Trips are allotted 90-minute blocks of time for exhibit exploration.


$7.00 / Student - 1 Free Chaperone / 10 Students Additional group guests are $7.00 when pre-booked or or $8.50 at the door each.

Preferences will be taken into consideration but not guaranteed. Arrival times are based on a first-come basis.

Afternoon timeslots are typically a quieter time period and recommended for groups that require special accommodations.

Field trips are only guaranteed once a signed contract and deposit have been received.
