Does your preschooler love science? Join us each week for a free drop-in Science Time. Each week we may read fun science stories, sing and dance about the world around us, get hands on with robots and mix up something messy. Come as many or as few times as work best for you.
Thursdays at 10:00-11:00 AM or 12:00-1:00PM
Free with admission, but pre-registration is required. Spaces fill up fast!

September: Human Body Amazement
How do our eyes, nose, ears, and heart work? Experiment with smells, sight and sound. Hear your own heartbeat. Explore ways to prevent germs and stay healthy!

October: Mother Nature Exploration
How do flowers grow? Investigate the parts of a flower and begin to grow your own plant. Weather plays an important part to nature. Craft a color rainbow and instant snow. Explore volcanoes by creating lava flow. End this month with a special science mystery for Halloween.

There are many types of animals in our world! Come meet the reptiles and feed a tortoise. Investigate the difference between insects and other bugs. Dig up some fossils while learning about dinosaurs.

December: Stars and Space
What is up there in the night sky? Maybe a planet, star or even a constellation. Create a solar system pocket map. Design your own constellation with a picture. Send rockets flying; but first we must resist gravity!
